PRESIDENT MESSAGE

Health is the biggest blessing one can ever have whereas life of a handicapped individual is full of pain and miseries. Being a medical professional and clinical researcher I have witnessed painful tales of people suffering with cerebrovascular, congenital, allergic, autoimmune and mental health disorders that snatched their independency and freedom of movement. As a clinical researcher, I did have a strong urge to work for the betterment of our people who are completely deprived of basic health care facilities. The sole purpose planning and arranging this conference is to create awareness among people regarding treatment of stroke and various neurological complications, and how it affects the normal living of an individual. Stroke or transient ischemic attack is surely curable and one can have a normal life filled with independence and satisfaction even after having a stroke attack. Unfortunately, In our society, traditional treatment methods prevail all over and a false wave of disbelief commonly seen in our society is that stroke or any Cerebrovascular complication isn’t curable, I would like to rectify this obnoxious rumor by stating that “Prompt and adequate treatment followed by advanced rehabilitation results in speedily recovery so a patient suffering from any neurological or mental health complication can surely have a life as normal as it was prior to having any health disorder”
